Path to Purchase Institute
Peter Hoyt is the CEO, executive director and founder of the Path to Purchase Institute, a global association serving the needs of retailers, brands and the entire ecosystem of solution providers along the path to purchase.
Hoyt first put down the roots of the Institute in 1988 with the launch of Shopper Marketing magazine (formerly P-O-P Times), a publication serving the point-of-purchase advertising and in-store marketing industry.
Over the next 22 years, the Institute expanded with the subsequent launches of P-O-P Design magazine, the Shopper Marketing Expo, the Shopper Marketing Summit, the StratConn Business Meeting series among other events, publications and groundbreaking research and industry white papers that are routinely produced by the organization.
All of these endeavors, as well as the massive industry database at www.p2pi.org have attracted thousands of members from around the world. These members routinely turn to the Institute for insights and information related to best practices in shopper marketing.
