Masha Sajdeh has devoted 10-plus years at Leo Burnett to diagnosing and shaping people's behavior. She has helped retailers such as Walmart, McDonald’s and Starbucks identify their ideal target – and understand shoppers, not just as consumers, but as people. She has also helped companies such as Comcast, BlackBerry and Procter & Gamble understand how their shoppers engage with retailers.
Prior to her focus on retail, Sajdeh worked in applying shopper insights and strategy to brand consulting, experience design, database marketing, digital marketing and promotions. This fusion of disciplines has given her the cross-channel expertise required in today's world of multichannel shoppers and has made her one of the company's most instrumental shapers of strategy, capabilities and point-of-view.
