Ken Madden is a proud geek, strategist, analyst and technologist dedicated to the impact of data and technology on brands, business and culture. He entered the marketing industry through a side door as an information systems and technology consultant, specializing in new technology integration, application development and strategic data platforms. In 1999, he launched a data collection and field staff management platform for the experiential division of OgilvyAction which launched a 12 year adventure building a best-in-class analytic capability for JWT/OgilvyAction North America as EVP, strategy and analytics.
As a member of the executive leadership team he has been working to solve client problems across most of the JWT/OgilvyAction roster. In 2009, he was named EVP, analytics for OgilvyAction Global. In 2012, he was named head of digital for JWT/OgilvyAction North America, bringing his focus back once again to new technology.
