Senior Manager, Digital Guest Experience
When Evan Brody joined 7-Eleven Inc. in 2007, he applied his agency and digital experience to reach a new tech-savvy generation of customers for Slurpee and Big Gulp beverages, two of the retailer's most iconic brands. Historically, the beverage brands have appealed to a younger audience, and Brody set about reaching Millennials through non-traditional means and exclusive partner marketing programs.
After successfully growing the Slurpee brand through initiatives that included a point-based loyalty program, interactive and social marketing, street teams, events and mobile marketing, he was tasked with developing social and digital strategies for all 7-Eleven brands.
As senior digital manager, Brody oversaw digital, mobile, social marketing and loyalty initiatives for 7-Eleven including the rollout of the company’s first in-store digital TV network. He was recruited to join 7-Eleven's newly forming innovations team this year. In his current role, Brody is building on his digital 7-Eleven branding successes to help design and develop in-store, mobile and social platforms to power the future digital guest experience at 7-Eleven.
Brody holds a bachelor's in psychology from Washington University at St. Louis and an MBA with concentrations in entrepreneurship and brand management.
