Featured Exhibitor Program
The Featured Exhibitor Program at the Shopper Marketing Expo is a special business opportunity specifically designed to help promote the best the Expo has to offer. Only those companies with an exceptional story to tell, as judged by an elite jury of high-profile brand marketers, retailers and editors of Shopper Marketing magazine, will be chosen as Featured Exhibitors. The standards are high and only the solution providers with the most interesting, innovative and impactful pitches will be accepted.

As a Featured Exhibitor at this year’s Shopper Marketing Expo you’ll receive more attention, more exposure and more connections with your customers and prospects. To be considered as a Featured Exhibitor, your company must offer something truly newsworthy that establishes you as a leader. You must also exhibit in a 10’ by 20’ booth or larger and have an innovative, compelling booth display that extends the unique proposition of your product or service. And finally, you must be willing to commit to have senior executives on hand to accept meetings with potential buyers. If that sounds like something you can handle, it’s time to apply.
This special designation will earn you these special benefits:
1. Your unique offer reviewed by judges & editors
Several high-profile senior shopper marketing executives from the world’s top brands, plus Shopper Marketing magazine’s editors, will review your application in detail.
2. Premium exposure in attendee brochure & special publication
Extended write-ups in the attendee brochure, plus coverage in a special Featured Exhibitor publication.
3. Online presence of your profile & multimedia pitch
Your logo will be posted on the official Expo website with a reciprocal link to your website. Featured Exhibitors will also be showcased on a special site with their multimedia elevator pitch posted for all to see.
4. Bonus floor exposure & senior executive meeting opportunities
You’ll get added signage and call-outs on the show floor, plus you’ll have the opportunity to schedule meetings with shopper marketing executives from top brands and retailers.
5. Admission to exclusive Who’s Who networking breakfast
Two senior executives will be granted access to the Who’s Who Breakfast at the Expo.
Steps to becoming a Featured Exhibitor
1. Contact Scott Easton at (847) 675-7400, ext. 119 to review requirements, sign an agreement and process the $250 (non-refundable) submission fee.
2. Prepare a 5- to 7-minute presentation — either in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or video (.wmv, .mov or .mp4) format — showcasing your product or service.

3. Complete the Submission Form online, or download a PDF version [272 KB] and return it to the In-Store Marketing Institute.
Next steps for selected companies
If you are chosen as a Featured Exhibitor, you will be asked to describe or illustrate your booth space at the Expo explaining how you plan to showcase your product.
You will also be asked to supply names and titles of senior level executives who will meet with interested attendees at the Expo.
