Entry Package

Submit all materials for each entry simultaneously and in a single package. Each package should include:

  • Completed Entry Board
  • Entry fee

Each entry must be submitted in a separate envelope, but multiple envelopes may be shipped in one carton.

All entries must be completed and received no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, June 11, 2010. Late entries will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. CST, June 18, 2010, but must include the additional surcharge of $100 U.S. per entry.

Note: We do not provide delivery receipt confirmations. We recommend that you reference your tracking number to ensure your entries are delivered.
